Kenrich Williams Performance
“Kenny Hustle” sure did get his hustle on for this nice performance. He put up a nice line that consisted of ten points, nine boards (five offensive), two assists and four swipes on an efficient 5/10 shooting from the field. Williams is a non-consistent producer on this team. However, whenever he’s given the minutes, he has proven that he can produce some nice lines for a very bad squad.
He’s more than likely going to be on the trade block later on in the season. Until then, hopefully he can continue playing consistent minutes and give this team a boost (he played 25 minutes during this game).
Giddey had yet another nasty line in this game. The rookie point guard finished with a nice 14 points, 15 boards, six dimes and a steal on a nice 6/11 from the field and 2/4 from the three-point line. Not many rookies are able to put up these kinds of numbers, let alone on a consistent basis but Giddey is one of those players. It’s amazing how talented this young kid is but his future looks star-bright.
Expect him to get even better as the season progresses.
Aaron Wiggins Performance
Wiggins had a pretty decent game, playing 37 minutes and finished with a line of 11 points, three boards, one dime and one steal. He shot 5/13 from the field, missed all five threes and made just 1/2 from the line. The game wasn’t that good from an offensive standpoint but his defense was very nice. Wiggins doesn’t offer a whole lot stat-wise but his defense and real-life game have been on full display for this club.
He’ll more than likely stay in the rotation as we approach the end of the season. Along with fellow second-rounder Jeremiah Robinson-Earl, Wiggins is looking like yet another steal for this club. The scouting is on full display for this team.
