First you need to get Gimmighoul and there are two ways to do this.

You can get a free one when you start a quest to get Gholdengo which you can find the NPC just north of Wild Zone 20 on the southside of Rouge Sector 1.

Also, you can find a Gimmighoul in a 5-Star Hyperspace Wild Zone.

Then in order to evolve Gimmighoul into Gholdengo, you have to get 999 Gimmighoul Coins.
